- 1 1/2 cups crackers
- 1/2 dark chocolate
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 cups cream

If you don’t own a food processor, you will need a deep bowl. Place the crackers, butter, cocoa and melted dark chocolate in a food processor (bowl), and pulse the contents a few times. If you make the crust without a food processor, you can use a pestle or a large heavy spoon. Grind the contents until the butter is melted and the chocolate is incorporated. It’s okay if the crust seems a little dry, just make sure you can form a ball without crumbling. Combine well and place in a serving dish.
